Moisture is hard to get rid of, so it is light and healthy! Four acupoints, cupping dehumidification effect is good.
Cupping has a good dehumidification effect.
Among the four traditional techniques of TCM, cupping is a better and faster method to eliminate dampness, and cupping is necessary for all diseases related to dampness, such as phlegm-dampness, damp-heat and cold-dampness. After pulling it out, the water mist in the cylinder is the moisture emitted by the body.
So, just cupping? That's not true. The microenvironment in each human body is different, some are cold and some are hot. Therefore, how to regulate phlegm-dampness constitution, we must first distinguish between cold and heat.
Phlegm can be divided into "cold phlegm" and "hot phlegm", and dampness can also be divided into "cold dampness" and "damp heat". We classify "cold phlegm" and "cold dampness" into one category, which is suitable for cupping and moxibustion. "Hot phlegm" and "damp heat" belong to another category and are suitable for cupping and scraping.
However, whether it is hot or cold, as long as the body is wet, cupping must be done.
Pull out Shenshu point to expel water and moisture from the kidney.
"Dampness is better than yang", and heavy moisture in the body will hurt yang. Cupping at Shenshu point can tonify yang and help dehumidify. Shenshu point is the main point of bladder meridian, which can improve dysuria caused by heavy moisture.
Pull out Yin Lingquan point to remove spleen dampness.
The spleen does not transport, resulting in dampness in the body. Yinlingquan point is the point of spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin. Regular stimulation has the functions of regulating spleen, nourishing limbs muscles, eliminating cold and dampness, clearing damp heat, invigorating spleen and regulating qi.
Pulling Zusanli Point to Dry Spleen and Dampness
Zusanli point is a big point that can strengthen the body, a joint point on the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, and one of the important health-care points of human body. The ancients called it "longevity point". Regular stimulation has the functions of regulating immunity, regulating spleen and stomach, invigorating middle energizer, invigorating qi, dredging meridians, expelling wind and removing dampness, and strengthening body resistance and eliminating pathogens.
Pulling Quchi Point to Adjust the Water Content of Large Intestine
Quchi point is the meeting point of the large intestine meridian of Shouyangming. Regular stimulation can dispel rheumatism, regulate qi and blood, improve numbness of hands and chest and improve peripheral blood circulation. The large intestine meridian is similar to the lung meridian, and the moisture on the lung meridian can be eliminated through the acupuncture points on the large intestine meridian, so cupping at Quchi point can also regulate the moisture in the lungs at the same time.
Both phlegm and dampness are cold, and moxibustion works wonders.
If the body is wet and the environment inside is cold, then the environment inside the body must be wet and cold. This kind of person is particularly afraid of the cold and sensitive to common cold. Wind, cold and dampness can easily cause joint pain. When you catch a cold or have bronchitis, you will cough up thin white phlegm, which is called "cold phlegm" by Chinese medicine.
To improve this physique, first use cupping, and then use moxibustion to warm up. Moxibustion can strengthen the spleen faster after dehumidification, and moxibustion can not only warm meridians and dispel cold, but also dispel dampness, which complements cupping and has a more significant effect.
Cupping is about cold constitution.
Because people with colds are particularly prone to feel cold, cupping can not only dehumidify, but also dispel wind and cold. But cupping has different methods and different functions. Dehumidification is done by sitting in a jar. According to one's physical condition, it takes 10~20 minutes to pull out a part, especially when one is weak.
If there is no water drop or water mist on the can after pulling, it means that the moisture in the body has been eliminated, and cupping can be stopped at this time.
Flash cupping can dispel wind and cold. If the cold in the body is particularly heavy, you should use flash cans.
Damp-heat therapy, cupping first and then scraping.
If it is a constitution with hot internal environment and phlegm-dampness accumulation, then the internal environment must be wet, hot and sticky. It will be very troublesome to regulate this constitution with drugs, because it is necessary to heat it to get rid of the dampness in the body. Without heating, it is difficult for water to be evaporated and excreted. But the environment in the body is hot, and once heated, it will become hotter.
Cold medicine should be used to clear away heat, and once cold medicine is used, the wet weight of accumulated water will be more difficult to resolve, and the role of medicine in eliminating damp heat is contradictory.
Using traditional technology, the problem is simple. First, cupping is used to remove water. Once moisture is removed, heat will remain. At this time, the heat will be removed by scraping. Massage can be supplemented in the later stage of treatment to gently regulate the body and consolidate the curative effect.
