What is the correct way to hold a fist?

The correct posture of clenching fist.

In ancient times, the ancients thought that S used his right hand when holding a knife. If his right hand is in front, he is too cruel. Therefore, the boxing ceremony includes the right hand clenched fist, the left hand representing friendship is outside, and the right hand is wrapped moderately, naturally shaking slightly on the chest.

There are two kinds of boxing ceremonies: "Bai Ji" and "Worship". When a person is still left-handed, he holds his right hand with his left hand, which is called "Bai Ji". The opposite gesture is a disrespect for the "fierce worship" of the other party and has the meaning of challenging the other party. The correct gesture of making a fist salute is as follows:

1. Stand with your feet step by step, with your head straight and your body straight. Visually, the recipient's face and manner are natural and generous.

2. The left hand is on the top, the four fingers of the left hand are brought together and straightened into a palm, and the thumb is flexed in the palm.

3. The right hand is down, the right hand is held in a fist shape, the thumb is outside, the fist eye is inward, and it is inclined to the chest fossa.

4. The left palm covers the right fist surface, and the left fingertip is flush with the chin.

5. When saluting, your arms are bent into a circle, your elbows are slightly drooping, and your hands are placed on your chest, about 20-30 cm away from your chest.

6. When you salute with your fist, you will naturally shake it slightly three times and say something like "I've heard a lot about you, please advise me".
