Zhang Zhanbin, member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and president of the Marxist College of the Central Party School, believes that from the current development trend, the combination of the digital economy and the real economy is accelerating and even forming a new breakthrough. The enthusiasm of digital technology enterprises is very high, and the enthusiasm of real economy enterprises is also improving. The key is that both sides should strengthen communication and cooperation, find suitable application scenarios, and then promote deeper cooperation and development between the two sides.

According to Nie, a professor at the School of Economics of China Renmin University, there are many ways to promote the integration of the real economy and the digital economy. The government should vigorously promote it, because in the process of digital transformation, including the development of digital economy in China, it also benefits from the relatively relaxed environment provided by the government to some extent.

Wu said that after several years of exploration, it was found that the threshold for digital enterprises to enter the real economy enterprises was relatively high, which was not as easy as expected. Especially for enterprises accustomed to consuming the Internet, it is not a simple digital solution that can be universal when they meet real economy enterprises, because real economy enterprises often have personalized characteristics.

Zhang Zhanbin believes that compared with foreign Internet giants, some domestic enterprises that combine industry and finance are still far from the world-class level, and it is particularly important to build a number of world-class digital industry clusters. Only when the leading enterprises in the digital economy develop and focus on building digital industrial clusters can we promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and it is also possible to cultivate a number of specialized and innovative manufacturing enterprises and individual champion enterprises.

Regarding how small and medium-sized enterprises carry out digital transformation, Nie Huahui said that in order to realize digitalization, small and medium-sized enterprises should enter some digital parks through platform empowerment. This requires local governments to do some basic work, so that enterprises can access the system soon after they come in, but this can not completely solve the individual needs of many small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition to the individualization of small and medium-sized enterprises, yujiang county County also believes that there is still a big gap between the operating systems of China and developed countries in many important industrial fields. In the past, communication was mainly through telephone and personal WeChat, which was inefficient. Now, through the "upstream and downstream" connection function of enterprise WeChat, Zhiyi Chain has opened up the information flow and business flow of more than 30 suppliers, from cloth fixing, bed cutting, sewing, quality inspection, warehousing and delivery, all the data of these links will be synchronized to an application of enterprise WeChat workbench.

Zhang Zhanbin believes that the government should create a high-quality environment for the integration of figures and facts. Including supporting some emerging entities with strong digital technology capabilities to develop into benchmark enterprises, promoting some typical application scenarios, and giving play to the leading role of these entities in upgrading the industrial chain and supply chain of SMEs. Provinces can also choose a number of innovative enterprises, cultivate some unicorn enterprises in the field of digital economy, and then give appropriate support.

In yujiang county County's view, the integration of number and reality is the only way to promote high-quality economic development, advanced industrial base and industrial chain modernization in the future, and also the only way to cope with many uncertain challenges from the external environment. Enterprises should be encouraged to innovate according to the country's long-term strategic needs, so that enterprises are really willing to settle down and integrate figures and facts for a long time, so that all enterprises can obtain real value benefits in this process.

"These things may belong to public products in economics, so who will provide them? Who will maintain it after providing it? Who will improve? " Li Yongjian believes that these problems are the basic problems that need to be faced.
