A Dream of Red Mansions is China's first classical Four Great Classical Novels and a novel written by Cao Xueqin in Qing Dynasty. A Dream of Red Mansions is an earthly novel with world influence [3]. It is recognized as the pinnacle of China's classical novels, an encyclopedia of feudal society in China and a master of traditional culture.
Author Cao Xueqin (about 17 15- about 1763), whose real name is Zhan, whose real name is Qin Pu. Originally from Shenyang (Liaoyang), he was originally a Han Chinese in the last world. He entered Manchuria at the end of the Ming Dynasty and belonged to Zhengbai Banner in Manchuria.
