The study of Wushu is a good way to develop one's character in the form of martial arts. Modern society does not advocate the use of force to solve problems, in fact, martial arts is a form of use of force, but martial arts does not focus on the use of force to conquer others. The highest level of martial arts is the combination of humanized, quality individuals and martial arts in the form of softness to overcome strength, virtue to convince the military, and defense to attack. Chinese wushu culture covers a wide range, including the guiding ideology of wushu behavior, philosophical consciousness, principles of science, behavioral aesthetics, conceptual system, sets of path strategy, clothing and equipment, martial arts schools, etc., the traditional cultural thinking of the Chinese nation reflects both concentrated and profound, both essential and superficial, not only with the traditional Chinese culture **** nature of the reflections, but also with the wushu itself a unique individuality of the connotation. Therefore, the meaning of wushu culture is to attack and defense fighting human movement as the core of human culture. Wushu movements are different from other human activities in that they have their own special orientation and nature, that is to say, wushu movements are combat movements that give full play to one's own physical strength and technical advantages, and they are the unity of attack and defense.
