Take the processing flow of gold jewelry as an example, but there are two processes, one is wax weaving reverse molding, the other is direct reverse molding, the first is to process pendants and flower rings for jewelry crafts with complex edges and corners, and the second is to process strips, rings and necklaces for jewelry crafts with simple shapes. The flow of the first method is wax carving (demoulding)-die pressing-wax weaving-wax planting-wax steaming-die casting-acid hanging (dilute sulfuric acid)-polishing-color hanging (concentrated sulfuric acid)-color plating-shipping, and the flow of the second method is die casting-tabletting-tube drawing, wire drawing-material preparation-spot welding-acid hanging-polishing-sand nailing.
