I. Application qualifications.

(A) out of the teacher assessment:

1. The teacher should have a high school education or have the equivalent of education, and continuous learning with the teacher for 3 years.

2. The instructor of the teacher shall have the following conditions:

(1) having the qualification of licensed medical practitioner in Chinese medicine category;

(2) being engaged in the clinical work of Chinese medicine for more than 15 years or having the qualification of professional and technical position of Chinese medicine deputy chief physician or above;

(3) having rich clinical experience and unique technical expertise;

(4) Comply with the law, abide by professional ethics, and have a good reputation;

(5) Adhere to clinical practice in medical institutions, and be able to complete teaching tasks.

(2) confirmed expertise assessment:

1. Engaged in clinical practice of traditional medicine in accordance with the law for more than five years (clinical practice of traditional medicine refers to the traditional medicine medical activities engaged in by persons who have obtained a valid qualification for the practice of medicine, or persons who have not obtained a valid qualification for the practice of medicine, but are engaged in medical internships in traditional medicine under the supervision of a licensed practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine).

2. Mastering unique, safe and effective traditional medicine diagnosis and treatment techniques.
