According to legend, Qu Yuan threw himself into the river on May 5, and the body of the magic fish returned to his hometown, and the villagers were buried in coffins.

Yellow coffins, namely wooden coffins, are also the most widely used coffins. After the death of some poor people, it is difficult to buy coffins because there is no money at home, let alone paint coffins with black paint. Another way of saying it is that if someone dies and there are old people at home, you must use a yellow coffin to pray for a long life for the living old people.

Most white coffins abroad are used for funerals, but they are rarely used in China. In the traditional culture of China, whites are only suitable for women who died before marriage, but also for men in their early years. If your child will die in the sky, you won't need a coffin. The white coffin is basically useless today.
