What effective measures can schools take to further promote classic reading activities?

There are many effective measures for "classic reading":

1, list recommended books-according to the reading ability of different grades, list 10 to 20 recommended books for students of different grades, let them finish reading them within one year, and send them to parents for supervision. You can also set up a book corner in the class, and some schools will buy books with recommended books and put them in the book corner for students to borrow.

2. At school, the reading time is fixed every day. Teachers read with students-at least 20 to 30 minutes are reserved for students every day. Teachers also read with students in the classroom, after lunch break and before class in the afternoon.

3. Advocate "reading aloud"-for some classic poems, students are required to read aloud one minute before each class.

4. Promote parent-child reading-please ask parents to accompany their children to read at home, invite individual parents to share their reading experience with their children at school, and read the wonderful fragments of the book for their children.

5. Role-playing activities in the book-a role-playing activity in the book can be held once every academic year. On this day, students can choose their favorite characters to play in the book and go to the garden to choose the "Best Role Playing" award.

6. Book appreciation performance-hold the whole school's book appreciation performance activities, rehearse the programs related to book appreciation in each class or grade, and carry out large-scale book appreciation performance activities.
