Polish trip to kielce

This summer vacation, I decided to participate in the AIESEC-summer camp project, volunteer to teach some foreign children the traditional culture of China, and go to Europe alone to start a unique journey.

When I volunteered in Poland, I was not in kielce, but in a beautiful town nearby. The translated name is Osterland Weiss. The teachers and children in the school are very enthusiastic and like me, a girl from China. Especially the lovely children, kept calling my name Lin Si, holding my hand and playing around.

Regarding accommodation, I have lived in four host families. Although each family only lasted for three or four days, they were all very friendly to me. The first host family is the school English teacher's home, so there is no obstacle to our communication. She also took me to the surrounding parks, squares and churches. In particular, there is a local festival where the bishop is doing some services. This is the first time for me to feel the atmosphere in the church so closely, so I am very excited to watch people dressed up do something festive, about the anniversary of people standing in the war.

The second host family is the home of an amiable female teacher, with a smile on her round face and a particularly cordial look. There are two children in their family. The eldest daughter especially likes the culture of China. She also taught me archery and Polish, especially chess. She is good at playing chess. She won many prizes and filled the room. The younger daughter's personality is completely different from that of the older daughter. She likes hip-hop and has a strong sense of rhythm. I also ate a lot of delicious authentic Polish rice in their home. This spice is like a herb, but I have never seen it in China. There are five little black cats in the garden. It's really happy to lick them every day.

The third homestay is the most luxuriously decorated of all my homestay families, especially the big pendulum clock on the first floor. I like it very much. It jingles at twelve o'clock, three o'clock, six o'clock and nine o'clock. There are two boys in their family. The eldest son has already worked in Warsaw, and only the youngest son is at home. My youngest son likes Chinese very much. He asked me to write Chinese characters on the wall of his room and teach them to write Chinese. Moreover, the host and hostess cooked delicious food. At this time, the woman's sister came, a primary school music teacher. I sang a Chinese song to her, and she liked to listen to it.

The fourth family is the school physics teacher's family. They have no children, so they regard me as their child. They are really kind to me, taking me to various festivals and meeting many lovely locals. On weekends, he specially took me to the nearby scenic spots, took me to eat delicious food and bought all kinds of ice cream. Reluctant to leave, he specially drove me to Warsaw, refused to let me buy a bus, and prepared a big bag of food for me. I cannot thank you enough. I miss them very much after returning home.
