Step 8 Mix the fermented rice milk with other rice milk evenly, add the remaining sugar and mix evenly, cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for secondary fermentation.
Step 9 The fermented rice milk has a slightly sour taste, has expanded in volume, has many small bubbles on the surface, and has lines if you remove them (the lines are not too visible in the photo).
Step 10 Stir the rice milk to deflate it.
Step 11 Apply a thin layer of oil to the mold.
Step 12: Scoop in rice paste eight to nine percent full and add a little black sesame seeds.
Step 13 Add rice cakes, steam for 20 minutes, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then uncover and remove from the pot.
Step 14 The fragrant white rice cake is ready ~ Tips: Mixing cooked rice milk and uncooked rice milk is time-consuming. Be patient and mix thoroughly until no particles of cooked rice milk are visible; ? Rice tastes different.
Different, the stickier the rice, the stickier the rice cake will be, so be sure to choose long-grain indica rice.
