Differences and relations between quantum mechanics and classical mechanics
The research object of classical mechanics is macroscopic particles. Classical mechanics takes macroscopic objects in nature as the research object. Even if some objects are regarded as a particle for the convenience of solving problems, they still have size and mass, and the parameters describing their motion state are coordinates, speed, mass and energy. The research object of quantum mechanics is microscopic particles (molecules, atoms, nuclei and other basic particles). Its main task is to study the motion law of microscopic particles. However, we can't mistakenly think that quantum mechanics has nothing to do with the macro world. In fact, the laws of quantum mechanics not only dominate the micro world, but also dominate the macro world. In this sense, all physics is quantum physics, and classical theory is its approximation.
