Can foreigners hear Chinese pop music?

Sure they do, but after all, foreigners, especially Europeans and Americans, don't know enough about China, so the number of people who listen to it must be in the minority.

There used to be a China Room on Soulseek, where you could occasionally see foreigners looking for a Chinese song, and I've seen a Korean looking for a David Tao song

Nowadays, with the internet so advanced, it's so easy to download, and some of the better albums come out in overseas editions as well.
