What are the limitations of NGOs?
The limitations of NGO are as follows:
First, NGO itself is a non-governmental organization, and there is no law to stipulate the rights and obligations of organizers. It all depends on personal qualities. Therefore, when an NGO is established, there is no effective way to restrain individual behavior, so we can only rely on morality to restrain ourselves.
Second, there is no explicit encouragement for the establishment of NGOs in China, and it is very difficult to establish NGOs in China.
Third, NGOs have limitations in management, training local staff, project duplication and coordination with government services at an appropriate level.
ha ha, that's all I know. I think the most important thing is that the belief and quality of managers are the biggest limitations of NGOs.
