1, Maotai
Maotai is produced in Maotai Town, renhuai city, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, China, and is a traditional specialty wine in China. It is one of the world's three largest distilled spirits, which is as famous as Scotch whisky and French cognac, and also one of China's three famous wines. It is also the originator of Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor and the national wine of China with a history of more than 800 years.
2. Wuliangye
Wuliangye is brewed from five kinds of grains, namely wheat, rice, corn, sorghum and glutinous rice, which is unique among Luzhou-flavor liquors in China. Gu Jing Winery has a very long history in the history of brewing in China. Its origin began in A.D. 196 when Cao Cao presented his hometown Bozhou Jiuyun Spring Wine and its brewing method to Liu Xie, Emperor Xian of Han Dynasty.
