What's better about labor dispatch than hourly workers?
Labor dispatch, also known as talent dispatch, talent lease, labor dispatch and labor lease, refers to the labor contract concluded between labor dispatch agencies and dispatched workers. There is a labor contract relationship between labor dispatch agencies and dispatched workers, but the fact of labor payment occurs between dispatched workers and dispatched enterprises (actual employers).
Hourly workers have three meanings:
1. An hourly worker refers to domestic service or work that is charged by the hour.
2. An hourly worker refers to a person who is engaged in hourly work or domestic service, usually part-time.
3. A "part-time worker" may establish labor relations with one or more employers, and the employer shall conclude a labor contract with him, including five necessary clauses: working time and duration, work content, labor remuneration, labor protection and working conditions, but the probation period shall not be stipulated.
