Forty-two Tai Ji Chuan decomposition teaching
The 42-style Tai Ji Chuan absorbed the Tai Ji Chuan movements of Chen, Yang, Wu and Sun, with the Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan as the main style, with rigorous and standardized movements, generous momentum, flexibility and constant speed change, forming a comprehensive feature. First, the momentum.
1. Stand with your feet together: Keep your feet together to keep your body upright naturally; Put your hands gently on your thighs, keep your head and neck straight, relax your chest and abdomen, concentrate, breathe naturally and look forward.
2. Open the left foot: move the left foot slightly to the left, shoulder width apart, and toe forward; Slowly raise your hands forward, shoulder height, shoulder width, palms down.
3. Bend your knees and press your palms: the upper body is upright, and your legs slowly bend your knees and squat; Press your palms down and fall in front of your abdomen, with your palms facing your knees (Figure 7-3-3).
Key points of study and practice: focus on your legs. Press your arms down and squat down in unison. Bend your knees and cross your waist, don't protrude your hips, sink your arms and elbows, and naturally bend your fingers slightly.
Second, take the tail right.
1.
