How to make leek cookies?

1. If there is no dried leek, make it yourself. Wash leek and cut into fine powder.

2. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 10 minutes, being careful not to overcook it.

3. Liquefaction of butter: Milk, yeast, flour, salt, baking soda, shallots and butter are all mixed together.

4. Knead the dough evenly, bake it at room temperature for 10 minute, and roll the baked dough into large slices, about 1 mm thick.

5. Punch holes evenly with a fork, cut into squares of appropriate size, or carve shapes with a favorite cookie mold.
