The practice of fried rice in jiaozi
First, grind the good rice into rice flour, mix it with flour in proportion, add water and stir evenly, and make it into paste for later use. Then fry tofu in clear oil, cut it into dices, add chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well as dumpling stuffing, and some even add chopped seasonal vegetables. When the oil in the pot is completely boiled, spoon the prepared rice paste into the iron zongzi mold, add a spoonful of bean curd dumpling stuffing, seal it with rice paste and fry it in the pot. When the zongzi is fried to golden brown and slightly reddish, take it out and drain the oil. A semi-circular, crispy fried dumpling is ready.
