It is precisely because all countries consciously or unconsciously have the influence or imprint of national culture in their diplomatic practice that their diplomatic practice and diplomatic theory are similar, but they still present different national styles. For example, Russian diplomatic culture is characterized by westernization and oriental complex, insecurity and expansionism because of its unique civilization. Another example is that American diplomatic culture is characterized by universalism and moralism because of its unique culture such as "American exceptionalism".

As one of the four ancient civilizations, China has rich diplomatic and cultural resources.
