Can you cook barbecue in the oven?

Of course. You can make kebabs, roast chicken wings, grilled squid and other barbecue foods. Brochette: Marinate pork and bake in the oven 15 minutes, sprinkle with seasoning and bake for 2 minutes. Marinate chicken wings with seasoning for more than 20 minutes, and then bake them in the oven 15 to 25 minutes. Grilled squid needs to be marinated for 3 hours and grilled for about 13 minutes.

Kebab:

Remove fascia from pork, cut into long strips, and knead pork with egg white and beer for 30 minutes. Roasted squid:

Cut open the squid, wash it, drain the water, add hot sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and ginger slices into the bowl, stir well, then marinate the squid in the bowl for 3 hours, string the squid with bamboo sticks, put it in the paved onion baking tray, cover the squid with tin foil, preheat it in the oven at 220 degrees for 8 minutes, sprinkle with seasonings and bake it for 5 minutes.
