Director Zhou Ya, who is in charge of filing the case, said: "This year, Shaoshan Court will further promote the source of litigation, take pre-litigation joint mediation as the starting point, put the non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism ahead, change' passive' into' active', extend the main position of mediation to the pre-litigation stage, give full play to the leading role of the court in mediation, form a joint force with all social forces, go deep into the scene, resolve many contradictions in the bud, and realize a better society.
