Parking space (driveway) height control standard:

1. Clear height of parking space: 2.0m；;

2. Clear height of driveway: 2.2m (excluding ground wearing course, slope finding height and overhead equipment height).

3. Garage beam height (for reference only) Beam height of beam-slab structure unmanned garage: 800mm；; Beam height of manned garage:1000 mm.

4. The thickness of unmanned garage with flat floor: 250mm；;

5. Five-level civil air defense garage thickness: 450mm；;

6. Six-level civil air defense garage thickness: 250mm；;

Height of equipment pipeline

1. The height of equipment pipeline shall be considered as ventilation pipeline and fire sprinkler, generally not exceeding 550 mm (including installation size), and it shall be designed according to the minimum height as far as possible.

2. Equipment and pipelines should try to avoid the position with large beam height. It is suggested to consider wide flat beam or one-way reverse beam for the crossing position of local equipment pipeline.

3. The ventilation pipe of the garage should be mainly arranged behind the parking space and as close to the wall as possible. The water pump and electric box in the sump shall not affect the parking.

Height of ground slope layer:

1, and the maximum thickness of standard design is not more than100 mm; ;

2. Find a slope within 2m around the collecting well, and the slope is not more than 0.5%.

3. The drainage ditch is not considered on the ground, and the collecting well is arranged behind the parking space.
