What are the relaxation postures of yoga?

Yoga has many ways to relax. The following small series summarizes several classic ways for you:

1, baby style

Get on your knees. Head, neck and trunk are in a straight line, and arms are relaxed. Exhale, the upper body bends forward slowly from the back hip, putting the stomach and chest on the thigh, the forehead on the ground and the arms on the sides of the body. Stay relaxed and take a deep breath.

Efficacy: Eliminate back tension and intervertebral disc pressure.

2. Sitting angle type

Sit with a stick, inhale, spread your legs to both sides, grab your feet with your hands from the outside and stretch your spine. Exhale, relax downward, chin and chest to the floor. Take a deep breath, inhale, get up, exhale, relax your hands and sit still.

Efficacy: Relieve sciatica, massage reproductive organs, stimulate ovaries and improve female physiological problems.

3. Lying heroically

Heroic sitting posture, hands behind hips, palms on the ground, exhale, bend elbows, gradually lower your body, lie on your back on the mat, and hold your heels with your hands. Keep breathing, inhale, push your palms and elbows to the ground, get up slowly and recover.

Efficacy: the back and chest are fully stretched, and the pelvic joints are more elastic.

4, supine spinal torsion

Sit on the mountain with your right foot on the ground outside your left knee. Keep your left leg straight. Inhale and place your left arm outside your right leg. Exhale, turn right and put your right arm on the ground behind your back. Or put your hand through your thigh. Keep breathing naturally. Change the other side.

Efficacy: Strengthen spinal nerves, soften back muscles and improve digestion.

Step 5 spread out the body

Lie on your back, your feet are naturally separated to a comfortable level, your hands are naturally placed at your sides, and your palms are up. Pay attention to your body and breathe quietly. Stay for 2- 10 minutes.

Efficacy: completely relax and restore energy.
