As a national public prosecution agency, it is natural and its duty to file a lawsuit on behalf of the public interest. In criminal proceedings, the procuratorate, on behalf of the state, brings a lawsuit against the criminal suspect in order to investigate his criminal responsibility. As the spokesman of the government, it promotes, safeguards and realizes the public interest to a great extent. Social welfare organizations: Social welfare organizations refer to civil society organizations and groups whose primary goal is not to maximize profits, but to take social welfare as their main goal. Civil society can only be realized through public communication in the field of public affairs. No one has the right to say that I represent, I limit, and I am a person who can achieve. Therefore, public interest litigation should be more of a way of mobilization, communication and education, and public interests can be realized in this way.

Legal basis: consumer protection law, product quality law, new "three guarantees" regulations and other relevant laws and regulations, to understand in what ways operators have damaged their rights and interests; Whether to return, exchange or repair, how much compensation you can get, etc. Then go to the person in charge of the mall with laws and regulations, physical objects and invoices, state the process of shopping and finding quality problems, and put forward your own compensation requirements according to law.
