Peony painting course
The simple drawing is as follows:
The first step: draw the color of peony from red, so that the color on the pen has a natural transition with white, and then start practicing using the pen. Practice with a pen should be wide and narrow, starting from top, bottom, left and right, laying the foundation for future petals.
The second step: draw the bud into two parts: one is to wrap the flower and the other is to hold the flower. The flower-wrapping pen is pressed up and down, and the receptacle extends outward from the middle, and then hooks the rib of the receptacle.
Step 3: When the drawn bud is slightly larger, use the pen in the opposite direction, with the tip of the pen facing down and the root of the pen pressing up, and the left and right strokes will become buds.
Step 4: When the bud continues to open, the heart and petals will turn over. As the petals turn over, there will be two sides of yin and yang. When starting a pen, the tip of the pen is down and the root of the pen is up twice, so as to draw a large petal nearby. Then narrow petals will be added to the left and right to make an irregular petal shape, and a few narrow petals will be added. So the front petals are finished.
Peony is the king of flowers, and it is known as "national beauty and fragrance". It blooms in April-May every year, and the flowers are colorful and wonderful, including red, yellow, white, pink, purple, ink, green and blue. These flowers are multi-petalled, elegant and fragrant.
Chinese people regard it as a symbol of wealth, and call it "rich flower" and "hundred taels of gold". As early as Chang 'an, the capital of the Tang Dynasty, peony planting and viewing were very prosperous. Bai Juyi said in his poem: "bloom spent 20 days, and one city was crazy." At present, except Luoyang, the peony of Zhao Commune in Heze, Shandong Province is the most abundant. When peony blooms in April and May, it is colorful and fragrant, attracting gardeners from all over the world and countless international tourists.
