How to Pan-Fry Steak

The method of pan-fried steak is as follows:

Ingredients: 400 grams of beef tenderloin, 1/3 papaya, half a carrot, 1 small broccoli, rosemary, 30 grams of black pepper marinade, 5 grams of dark soy sauce, 15 grams of oyster sauce.

Directions:

8. Plate the broccoli and carrots, sprinkle with cracked black pepper, serve the steak on a plate, and pour the remaining soup over the top.
