3, transport of large goods, which belongs to the over-limit transport, should be required to apply to the highway management agencies for the "over-limit transport vehicle pass", in accordance with the approved route. When transporting large-scale goods in urban areas, they must be examined by the public security organs and municipal engineering departments, and a transport license can be issued before transportation.

4. The transportation expenses shall be determined by both parties through consultation. The cost of road reconstruction, bridge and culvert reinforcement, obstacle removal, escort, loading and unloading due to the transportation of large and special heavy objects shall be borne by the shipper.

5. When handling the consignment formalities, in addition to the general provisions, the shipper shall submit specific requirements such as cargo description, loading and unloading, reinforcement, etc. Under special circumstances, it shall also apply to the relevant departments for a transportation license. The carrier shall examine and verify according to the relevant information provided by the shipper, master the specific characteristics of the goods, select the appropriate vehicle, and go through the transportation formalities when the transportation conditions and capabilities are available.

6. The carrier shall, according to the overall dimensions and quality of bulky goods, survey the operation site and operation route with the shipper before shipment, understand the road alignment and the capacity of bridges and culverts along the way, and formulate the transportation organization plan. If other departments are involved, they should report to the relevant departments in advance and obtain the consent before shipment.

Ultra-wide standard for large transport vehicles

The width limit of a kind of road bulk cargo is: greater than or equal to 3. 5 meters is less than 4. 5 meters;

The width limit of bulk goods on secondary roads is: greater than or equal to 4. Five meters is less than five. 5 meters;

The width limit of three types of highway bulk cargo is: more than 5. More than 5 meters and less than 6 meters;
