What is the principle of refractive myopia surgery?
The principle of refractive myopia laser surgery is actually very simple, essentially the same as wearing glasses, which is to add a suitable lens in front of the cornea to change the refraction of light, so that the eyes are no longer nearsighted, thus eliminating the need to wear glasses. It can be simply understood as putting glasses in your eyes.
A brief description of the procedure: First, a corneal flap (also known as a lens) is made, then a portion of the cornea is removed with a laser, and then the flap is fixed to the cut space, completing the surgery. The procedure is relatively short and anesthesia will be used, so there will be little pain and you will recover quickly after the surgery.
Note: Surgery carries risks, so if you want to have myopia surgery, you must go to a regular hospital, learn about it and do your checkups and preparations.
