Road Transportation Practitioners Regulations

Article 10: Operational road cargo transportation drivers shall meet the following conditions:

(a) obtain the appropriate motor vehicle driver's license;

(b) not more than 60 years of age;

(c) mastery of the relevant regulations on the road transportation of goods, motor vehicle maintenance and storage of cargo loading Basic knowledge;

(d) Passed the examination and obtained the appropriate qualification documents.

Article 15 A person applying to take the qualification examination for operating road passenger and freight transportation drivers shall apply to the road transportation administrative agency at the municipal level of the district where he is domiciled or temporarily resides, fill in the Application Form for the Qualification Examination for Operating Road Passenger and Freight Transportation Drivers and provide the following materials:

(1) proof of identity and a photocopy;

(2) motor vehicle driver's license and a photocopy;

(3) basic knowledge of relevant road cargo transportation regulations and motor vehicle maintenance and cargo loading and storage; and Motor vehicle driver's license and a copy;

(c) applying for the road passenger transport driver qualification examination, should also provide the road traffic safety authorities issued by the record of no major traffic accidents within three years.
