What are the common processing methods in mechanical manufacturing? What is the working principle of NC machining?
Tube machine tools, whether large or small, simple or complex, can be divided into five categories, which are the five basic methods of metal forming. 1, drilling

The slotting process is similar to the flat planing process. The slotting machine is actually a vertical shaper, but its cutter moves up and down. In the process of slotting, the workpiece (such as a tool) moves excessively, sometimes in a straight line and sometimes in an arc, depending on the type of workpiece to be machined. Gear shaper is a vertical gear shaper, which is mainly used for cutting some types of gears.
Broaching machines can be classified as planers. Broach has a plurality of cutter teeth. Broaching machine can be used for internal processing, such as square hole processing, or external processing, plane processing or specific shape processing.
