General radiography
Upper gastrointestinal radiography, commonly known as barium meal, refers to an examination method that uses barium sulfate as contrast agent to show whether there are lesions in the digestive tract under X-ray irradiation, including esophagography, esophagogastrography and enterography. The contrast examinations conducted by the radiology department of our hospital are all carried out by appointment system, and different examinations have corresponding inspection schedules.
Matters needing attention in radiography:
Do not take iron, iodine, sodium, bismuth, silver and other drugs 2 days before the examination. It is not advisable to eat more fiber and indigestible food 1 day before filming. Before filming 1 night, eat a diet with less residue, such as soybean milk, noodles and porridge. Special attention should be paid to fasting on the morning of radiography, including boiling water and medicine. For patients who want to have a barium enema examination by colonography, they should take laxatives in strict accordance with the instructions the night before the examination, prepare their intestines, empty their stools on an empty stomach the next morning, and then do barium enema after making sure there is no feces in the excrement. Avoid wearing clothes with more metal patterns on the day of inspection. Before inspection, please remove jewelry, belts, coins, keys and other items that may produce artifacts. It is recommended that patients be accompanied by family members who know Mandarin. The good cooperation of patients is the key to the success of angiography. Enterography needs repeated examination, and patients must follow the arrangement of radiologists. It is necessary to introduce barium sulfate into the gastrointestinal tract of patients during examination, and barium sulfate has no toxic and side effects on human body. Patients with long-term constipation can take laxatives to accelerate the discharge of barium sulfate.
2. Colonography
Colonography is a barium enema examination.
Precautions for inspection:
A. Do not take drugs containing iron, iodine, sodium, bismuth, silver, etc. Two days before the exam.
B, before angiography 1 day should not eat more fiber and indigestible food. Before filming 1 night, eat a diet with less residue, such as soybean milk, noodles and porridge.

3.t-tube radiography
T-tube radiography is the main means to observe bile duct after biliary surgery. Before angiography, patients need to undergo iodine allergy test. Iodine-containing contrast agent, disinfection equipment, standby drainage bag, etc. They are all prepared by clinicians, and patients only need to listen to the guidance and cooperation of doctors.
Precautions for patients: Patients need iodine allergy test before angiography.
4. Intravenous pyelography
Intravenous pyelography is an imaging method to diagnose urinary system diseases by observing the accumulation of iodine-containing contrast agent in kidney, ureter and bladder by intravenous injection.
Precautions:
A, patients need to take laxatives in strict accordance with the instructions (appointment form) the night before the examination day to prepare the intestines.
B, before angiography, iodine allergy test must be done. Even if the iodine allergy test is negative, there is still the possibility of allergic reaction, so close observation should be made during radiography and close contact with the medical staff present. The iodine allergy test site for outpatients is in the outpatient injection room, and the corresponding patients are responsible for the test for inpatients.
C, check the day of fasting, limit drinking water, need to empty the urine in the bladder.
