Where is Sinan's hometown?

Sinan is the hometown of folk art in China. Sinan County is a county under the jurisdiction of tongren city, Guizhou Province. It is located in the northeast of Guizhou Province, in the middle and lower reaches of Wujiang River, and is under the jurisdiction of Tongren District. The county is 57.6 kilometers long from east to west and 69.3 kilometers wide from north to south. It is connected to Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in the east, Shiqian County in the south, Fenggang County in the west and Dejiang County in the north. The four main county-level highway networks in Sinan County are Sinan-Shiqian, Sinan-Dabachang, Sinan-Fenggang, Shagou-Hepengxi and so on. Sinan County covers an administrative area of 2,230.5 square kilometers, and governs 28 towns and streets, including 17 towns, 3 streets, 8 minority townships, 489 administrative villages and 37 communities, with a total population of 684,500. Sinan was named as the hometown of Chinese folk art, the hometown of national lanterns, the hometown of provincial lanterns, the hometown of paper carving art and the hometown of bo culture by the Ministry of Culture.
