2. First-class parts factory

There are important differences between key parts, general parts and plastic interior and exterior ornaments.

First of all, the salaries and benefits of employees in Bosch, ZF and mainland China who have mastered the supply of key components (esp, eps, etc.). ) are higher than OEMs. Of course, the requirements are also very high, and it is difficult for ordinary graduates of 2 1 1 to enter. Moreover, the management of these large multinational enterprises is complicated and it is difficult to rise.

Secondly, the wages of joint venture spare parts and private spare parts factories are relatively common, because the profit of spare parts is not high and the strength of main engine factory is strong, but the general R&D and technology are still available for 200,000 years. The bonus at the end of the year also depends on the benefit of the enterprise, which is generally 1-3 months.

3. Secondary and tertiary parts factory

Because the technical content is not high, the market and orders are mainly obtained by price. Hard work, high project pressure and average salary. But even so, it is higher than other manufacturing jobs, 7K- 10k is no problem, and there are many better skills, mainly eating.
