MG600 solder can be used as a connecting or welding transition layer, which has super high strength and crack resistance and can solve the welding problems of most die steels.
Cold working die steel adopts Cr 12MoV. If the surface is directly used after surfacing repair, MG7 10 welding material and impact-resistant and wear-resistant tool steel covered electrode can be used. After welding, the hardness can reach HRc55-60 without cracks.
