Altman Handmade Lantern Course

The tutorial of Altman handmade lanterns is as follows:

1. Fill a bowl with white latex and soak the hemp rope in the white latex. When the hemp rope is completely soaked, wrap the hemp rope around the blown balloon and keep the position of the blow hole. When the white latex dries, the air in the balloon is released.

2. Next, be Altman's ear. The ear part is made of paper shell. Cut out two small rectangles with paper shells, wrap them with hemp rope and stick them on both sides of the hemp rope ball.
