How to cook braised duck?
1. First, clean the duck and soak it in water for more than half an hour, so that it can be soaked in bleeding water.
2. Prepare condiments: onion, ginger, rock sugar, cinnamon, star anise, pepper, salt and soy sauce.
3. Wash the duck soaked in water, put it in a cold water pot, and skim off the floating foam. Note: If there is too much floating foam, pour out the water and then wash the duck.
4. Then take the duck out and add onion, ginger, rock sugar, cinnamon, star anise, pepper, salt and soy sauce to boil.
5. Then put the duck in the marinade pot.
6. Bring the fire to a boil and pour the juice on the ducks. Keep the fire on medium heat for 30-40 minutes, and turn the duck several times in the middle.
8. Finally, collect the juice from the fire, cook it for 10- 15 minutes, and pour the juice on the duck continuously.
