A brief introduction to the practice of the youth league

Practice: 1. Prepare ingredients, fresh wormwood 200g, dried bean curd 100g/ bacon 150g/ glutinous rice flour 250g 100g, edible oil/salt 30ml, 6 garlic sprouts/steamer/cooking machine, and wash and chop the garlic sprouts. 2. Wash the wormwood. Boil the water in the pot and add some salt. Blanching wormwood in a pot can remove the bitter taste of wormwood and keep it green. Pick up wormwood and put it in cold water, squeeze it dry, cut it into small pieces, wash it in a cooking machine first, put the cut wormwood in the cooking machine and add 100 ml purified water to break it into mud.

3. Mix glutinous rice flour and polished rice flour, and add a small amount of broken wormwood mud several times to mix evenly. Add a spoonful of salt, and if the water is not enough, add a little more water until it can be kneaded into dough.

4. Take a pan and fry the stuffing with oil. Stir-fry the diced bacon first (it is best to choose the fat and thin one to eat bacon). Then, stir-fry the diced tofu and minced garlic in the pot. If it is salty enough, there is no need to add salt. Generally, I don't add salt to dishes with bacon. If the taste is heavy, you can put the fried stuffing in the pot for later use according to your personal taste. 5. Start packing green balls. First, take about 30 grams of green balls, knead them into balls, knead them into a circle, knead a nest with your hands to put the stuffing, put the fried stuffing into the kneaded dough, and finally knead the seal into a shape similar to the shape of a nest head. First steam in a steamer, steam the kneaded green meatballs 15 minutes, and you can eat them!
