The first phase is from 1949- 1957. This period is the period of restoring the national economy and the first five-year plan period. The third issue is 1966- 1976. This period was China's "Cultural Revolution". During this period, the normal teaching order was destroyed, the "three religions" fell into anarchy, the quality of education was greatly reduced, and all the effective curriculum documents determined since the founding of the People's Republic of China were all set on fire.

The fourth issue is 1976- 1985. During this period, China comprehensively rectified the chaos caused by the "Cultural Revolution". During this period, China re-established the "three religions", that is, "teaching plan, teaching syllabus and teaching materials", restored some curriculum laws and regulations before the "Cultural Revolution", and brewed and began to carry out new curriculum and teaching reforms.

The fifth issue is 1985 till now. This period is a period of rapid development of China's reform, opening up and socialist construction.
