2. Prepare 500 grams of soybeans, clean them first, and then soak them for one night. 3. Pour the filtered soybean milk into the pot, first boil it with strong fire, skim off the white foam on it, turn to low heat for 5 minutes, prepare brine 10g and clear water 100ml, and stir evenly. After boiling for 5 minutes, pour the brine in several times, stirring evenly every time, so that there are more and more tofu flowers in the pot. Cover the pot and turn off the heat to stew.
4. Look at the tofu in the pot. After the tofu is caked, spread a layer of cage cloth in the tofu mold, scoop a spoonful of tofu in the mold, spread the surface flat, wrap it with gauze, cover it, and press a heavy object for about 30 minutes, and the marinated tofu will be ready.
