Tower is a common traditional building in China in Asia, which has a unique form and style. There are more than 2000 towers in China. There are many kinds of towers, and Zhong Da Consulting has brought architects a detailed introduction of "Kannonji Tower in Yuncheng, Heze".

Cannongjita, also known as Yuncheng Desert Tower and Tangta, was originally located in the pond in the gate of Yuncheng Cultural Relics Management Office in Heze City, Shandong Province, and now the pond has been changed to Tangta Square. Kannonji Tower was built in Kannonji (destroyed), hence its name. The original tower, with seven floors, was built in the second year of Changxing in the Tang Dynasty (923-936 AD) after the Five Dynasties, so it is also called Tang Tower. Legend has it that the love between King Li Tian of Tota and Nezha's father and son is getting deeper and deeper. The Heavenly King cut the stupa that surrendered to Nezha into three pieces and abandoned the Tianmen Gate. Suddenly, there was a strong wind, which blew to the sky, and the bottom of the pagoda fell into the cloud city, and the tower fell into the wild, and the top floated into Jinxiang. Therefore, the towers in the three counties are exactly the same. The three towers are of the same shape. Kannonji Tower is an octagonal four-door attic structure with unclear floors. Due to several breaches of the Yellow River, there are only four floors left on the ground. Due to disrepair and earthquake damage, at the end of the Qing Dynasty, the top collapsed into the shape of an official hat, which was called the barren tower or Shantou tower. 1993 Reconstruction and restoration, turning it into a park.

The Kannonji Tower consists of exquisite brick arches. On the east, west, south and north, there are voucher-topped Kunming doors respectively, and the other four sides are brick-carved landscape windows. In the ventricle of the tower and the top of the Buddhist holy land, the vault is composed of multi-layer brick arches. The arches are well-made, well-structured and strewn at random. The top of the cloister in the tower is also a brick arch. According to Yuncheng County Records, in the 13th year of Ming Dynasty (1448), the river broke Xingyang, and in July, Yuncheng fell. The tower has been silted up for two floors, and now there are four floors above the ground, about 32 meters high. The perimeter of the second floor is 40 meters, and the perimeter of the lower floor is 44 meters. In front of the square, the tower is surrounded by clear water and trees. At dawn in summer, thousands of swallows gather around the tower to fly. It is said that the swallows in Tangta are different. They nest in the tower all the year round and never land, attracting many ornithologists to explore the mystery. "Wild Pagoda Swallow" is one of the top ten landscapes in ancient Yuncheng.
