In accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the Ministry of Education's Circular on the Arrangement of Work Related to the 2015 National Students' Physical Fitness and Health Standard Tests and the Implementation of the Three Approaches to School Sports, the following is the description of the work of uploading the students' physical fitness and health data in 2015:

I. Data Submission Time, Scope and Requirements

1. To December 31, 2015

2. Scope of data reporting: all students in elementary school, junior middle schools, senior middle schools, vocational secondary schools and colleges and universities nationwide (including new students enrolled in September 2015)

3. Requirements for data reporting:

1) The test data of the students is the data tested after the beginning of the school year in September 2015.

2) Students' grades and classes are those in which they have been enrolled since the start of the September 2015 school year.

3) The test items are those specified in the National Physical Fitness Standard for Students (Revised 2014). (The National Physical Fitness Standards for Students (Revised 2014) can be viewed in the Policy Documents on the home page of the website.)

II. Data Submission Methods

1. Log on to the Chinese Students' Physical Fitness and Health Website (www.csh.edu.cn) and click on "Data Submission Platform" to submit data.

Using the data reporting platform, if you forget the user name and password, you can refer to the website "user name and password query instructions" in the method to retrieve, in addition to no other method to retrieve user name and password information.

Users of UKEY (key disk) can directly insert the device into the computer, click on the "UKEY login" can be directly logged in. (UKEY devices need to be purchased separately)

2, "data reporting platform" "student basic information" filling requirements.

In 2015, the "Data Reporting Platform" will synchronize and use the basic information of students in the National School Registration Information Management System for Primary and Secondary School Students and the National Secondary Vocational Schools Student Management Information System, so that primary and secondary schools do not need to manually add or import the basic information of students.

For universities that successfully submitted data in 2014, the "Data Reporting Platform" has upgraded the 2014 data for the academic year, so users need to fill in or import the basic information of freshmen.

Note:

1) The basic information of students in the school registration system is not allowed to be modified or deleted in the Data Reporting Platform, if there is any problem, please modify it through the National School Registration Information Management System for Primary and Secondary School Students or the National Secondary Vocational School Student Management Information System.

2) Students without school registration can use L+ID number as temporary school registration number for data reporting. (Example: L110105200708191234)

3. Review and withdrawal of data submitted by schools

The data submitted by schools need to be reviewed by educational administrations at all levels, so please check the status of the submission in a timely manner after the submission, and the data that have not been reviewed by educational administrations at all levels are invalid. If you find that the data has been reported in error, during the data reporting period, you can apply for the withdrawal of erroneous data to re-submit, the withdrawal is also subject to the approval of the educational administrative department can be withdrawn.

Four, 2007 to 2011 historical data sorting work

Schools that successfully submitted data from 2007 to 2011, please log in to the Chinese students' physical health network before October 31, 2015, in the "data reporting platform" of the "historical data correlation", "data reporting platform", "data reporting platform", "historical data correlation". In the "Historical Data Linkage" section of the "Data Reporting Platform", please confirm the school code used by your school to report data from 2007 to 2011, and do the linkage operation. For details of the operation procedures, please refer to the "Explanation on Historical Data Sorting from 2007 to 2011" on the website. Schools that do not perform the correlation operation after the deadline will not be able to query the data and statistical reports submitted by the school from 2007 to 2011.

V. Data sampling

The Ministry of Education will organize data sampling and review from November 1 to 30, 2015, so please follow the requirements strictly for data submission.
