1. Clean the glass bottle, scald it with hot water, and then control the water to dry.
2. Pick the grapes, put them in a pot, clean them, and then drain them.
Pick up the dried grapes one by one and put them in a glass bottle. Note that this step is rolling, not rolling. Don't squeeze the grape seeds out.
After the grapes are packed, wrap the bottle mouth with a clean towel. Or cover it with a lid. But don't seal it too tightly, because the bottle is easy to burst during fermentation.
Generally, after 24 hours, the wine begins to ferment. There will be a lot of bubbles at this time. We can take a dry chopstick and stir it, then wrap a towel to let it continue to ferment.
6. After fermentation for about four days, there are obviously not so many bubbles in the bottle, and grape pomace will float up.
7. After half a month of fermentation, you can drink it. Filter the contents of the bottle into another container, then cover it, seal it and put it in a cool place.
