Where is Quanzhou and which province it is in?
Quanzhou County is a county under the jurisdiction of Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is located in the northeast of Guilin City and the upper reaches of the Xiangjiang River. It is known as the "Northern Gate of Guangxi". Quanzhou County has a Lingnan subtropical monsoon climate. Ethnic minorities include Yi, Bai, Dai, Zhuang, Miao, Hui, Yao, etc.
Quanzhou County is surrounded by Dupang Ridge, Haiyang Mountain, and Yuecheng Ridge to the east, south, west, and north, and is surrounded by high mountains in the northwest, southeast, and southwest. The terrain slopes from southwest to northeast, and the central part is wide. The Xiangjiang Valley, the famous Xianggui Corridor, is bounded by the Yuechengling Mountains to the west. The main peak, Zhenbaoding, is 2,123 meters above sea level. It is the highest peak in the county and the second highest peak in South China. It is Dupong Ridge to the southeast and Haiyang Mountain to the south.
