To build a beautiful home, we must conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Central Xinjiang Work Forum and the Ninth (Enlarged) Meeting of the Seventh Party Committee of the Autonomous Region. The Central Xinjiang Work Forum issued a series of special preferential policies and major measures to promote Xinjiang's leap-forward development and long-term stability, which provided unprecedented historical opportunities for Xinjiang's great construction, opening up and development.
