What are the functions of these two tubes of motorcycle? Is it normal?

The thick one on the left is used to collect waste water or oil-water mixture. If there is too much water or oil-water mixture in it, just pull out the plug below and let the water out. You can't see where it came from on the right. It may be the drain pipe under the fuel tank (mostly used in flat-mouth fuel tank cover models), or it may be the breather pipe or overflow pipe of the carburetor. If there is nothing unusual, don't worry about them, just keep the nozzle unobstructed and put it in the car (such as between the engine and the frame).
