Henan is commonly known as "Tielizhai" or "Medicine Dog Egg". What should its scientific name be?

There used to be a bitter medicinal egg in my hometown (Yebukou Township, Xihua County, Henan Province). It was cut down a few years ago, and I don't know the scientific name. Its tree is about a hundred years old, with a strange shape and a thick hug, but no one has ever hugged it. Its branches are many, its leaves are dark green, its fruit is bitter and sour, and it is hidden beside the ancestral grave of Changjia. The villagers once stayed away from it.
