First, the tip of the fishing rod faces backward (the lead pendant and the bait hook are also behind), lift the rod over the shoulder with both hands, move the center of the upper body to the left foot, and swing the fishing rod forward at the same time. When the lead pendant passes overhead, loosen the fingers of the crimping wire. At the same time, the left hand holds the rod, the left abdomen touches it, and the right hand presses the rod forward (the left hand is horizontal), so that the fishing rod is naturally thrown and falls into the target waters.

The deeper the water, the longer the rod throwing action stays.
