How to control and adjust steam pressure during boiler operation?
When the boiler is in normal operation, the steam pressure should be basically stable. Changes in boiler steam pressure are usually caused by changes in load. When the load is less than the evaporation, the steam pressure will rise. When the load is greater than the evaporation, the steam pressure will drop. Therefore, adjusting the boiler steam pressure is to adjust its evaporation, and the adjustment of evaporation is realized through combustion adjustment and water supply adjustment. When the boiler load changes, it can be adjusted in the following ways to keep the steam pressure and water level stable: (1) When the load decreases and the steam pressure rises, if the water level is low at this time, the water supply can be increased to stop the steam pressure from rising, and then the fuel quantity and air volume can be reduced as appropriate to reduce combustion and evaporation and keep the steam pressure normal. (2) When the steam pressure rises due to the load reduction, if the water level is also high, the fuel quantity and air volume should be reduced first to weaken the combustion. At the same time, the water supply should be reduced appropriately. After the steam pressure water level is normal, the combustion and water supply should be adjusted according to the load. (3) When the steam pressure decreases due to the increase of load, if the water level is low at this time, the fuel quantity and air volume can be increased first, the combustion can be strengthened, and the water supply rate can be increased slowly at the same time, so that the steam pressure and water level can return to normal; You can also increase the water supply first, and then increase the combustion after the water level is normal, so that the steam pressure can return to normal. (4) When the steam pressure drops due to the increase of load, if the water level is high, the water supply can be reduced first, then the fuel quantity and air volume can be increased, the combustion can be strengthened, and the evaporation capacity can be increased to make the negative pressure return to normal. For boilers that interrupt water supply, the water supply should be uniform, the water supply interval should not be too long, the primary water supply should not be too much, and the water supply should not be used when the combustion is weakened to keep the steam pressure stable.
