For example, there is no clear definition and expression of the citizens and their sports rights, rights protection mechanism is seriously missing; sports disputes more and more, but the dispute resolution mechanism is obviously missing; at present, the sports industry is gradually moving towards the market, but the sports market is unable to comply with the management of chaos.
Competitive sports and mass sports are difficult to have an accurate positioning and coordination mechanism; sports, especially sports for all lack of adequate financial security. These problems in the process of sports development need to be solved by amending and improving the current Sports Law.

In this context, take advantage of the Olympic Games, as soon as possible to amend and improve the existing "Sports Law", with the times, since the time is not too late.
China's current Sports Law should be gradually revised and improved to clearly define the legal status of athletes in competitive sports, clarify the rights and obligations of athletes, protect athletes' safety and other legitimate rights and interests, and standardize the selection, training and withdrawal mechanism of athletes.
